My Comment:
I don't know if this film described the tragedy accurately. But what I think is this movie was neutral and not subjective. Mel Gibson and Linda Hunt were stunning. They were great. However, I didn't feel right, because, the set was not in Indonesia (i can see a lot of fake statues), and all the casts were not Indonesian (Philippines), the language was a mess, not a proper Indonesian language I guess. This movie was banned in Indonesia when Soeharto ruled the government, because this movie told us about PKI and Soekarno.

IMDb Rating : 7 / 10
