X-Men : The Last Stand (2006)

>> Friday, September 3, 2010

Plot:
When a cure is found to treat mutations, lines are drawn amongst the X-Men, led by Professor Charles Xavier, and the Brotherhood, a band of powerful mutants organized under Xavier's former ally, Magneto.

My Comment:
Not too X-cellent for the last stand. There was something bothering me, It's just I don't like the plot. Irritating, and in some points I acknowledged it like medieval times, hiding at the forest, too classic and I don't like it. Many mutant powers were discovered when Magneto's team attacked, but not too many, so my hoping to see more incredible powers was not happening. However it was still a good flick to watch, nice action, and it's very important to know what was the end of this trilogy.

X2 (2003)

Plot:
The X-Men band together to find a mutant assassin who has made an attempt on the President's life, while the Mutant Academy is attacked by military forces.

My Comment:
This second sequel of x-men was growing into a more complicated plot which was nice. The first movie was just an average and not showy on the abilities. What I like about this movie is the suspense, more imaginative on the ability, more heroes actions. However you should watch the first movie before watching this second sequel.
